This is a 18cm diameter sieve.
It was used in a professional kitchen but didn't get much use, so I'm selling it.

I believe the bristles are horsehair, but there's no label so I'm not sure. Please judge from the photos.

How about using it for homemade kinton (sweet potato paste) or other dishes, especially with the changing seasons?
