● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping pastry board for cooking and baking, manufactured in our own domestic factory.

The top surface is polished to a brilliant shine. The four corners are rounded, and the top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. The shine is from polishing, not coating, so you can use it with confidence.
The back is fitted with four cork sheets to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties, as shown in the 4th image.

Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch and helping to suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. This makes it very useful for kneading dough for pizza, bread, pies, pastries, and for chocolate confectionery.
