Description

This is a large stainless steel soba and noodle cutting knife. The handle has a window cutout. It is designed to be cut by bringing the blade straight down.
With a blade width of 32 cm and a weight of 1 kg, you can cut using its weight.
A wooden protective cover is also included.

It has been used twice, but I am selling it as I do not use it at all anymore.
