Unit House Features:
High Fire Resistance:
The insulation used in the walls, roof, and floor prevents fire from spreading. The structure and finishes use non-combustible materials such as steel, steel plates, and fiber-reinforced cement boards, ensuring excellent fire resistance and maximum safety.

Excellent Soundproofing and Insulation:
The 50mm thick glass wool used in the walls, roof, and floor enhances air conditioning efficiency.
The windows also feature hollow glass for improved soundproofing.

High Seismic Resistance:
The rigid frame structure uses steel frames made of 3.0mm thick steel plates for the main structure. The unit structure is maintained whether it's a single unit or multiple connected units, making it highly resistant to disasters.

① Building permit applications, etc., are the customer's responsibility.
This product is generally sized to not require a confirmation application.

② Foundations can be on flat ground, soil, gravel, asphalt, cement, etc.

③ This is a sale of the actual unit. Additional carpentry work cannot be accommodated.

⑤ Installation requires access for a 4-ton wide unit vehicle. Please confirm in advance.

⑦ The floor is covered with PVC carpet, so it can be used without interior work.
