Unit House / Prefab (with kitchen, toilet, and ventilation fan) Painted / Temporary Office, etc.

Currently for sale from western Kanagawa Prefecture.

Used as a company office for about 5 years.
Dimensions are approximately 7.5m (width) x 2.4m (depth) + about 90cm for the toilet.
Approximately 5.5 tsubo, or about 11 tatami mats (excluding the toilet).

Various modifications were made after purchase.
The exterior was completely repainted by a professional painter.
Heat tends to build up in these units, so a heat-resistant paint was used.

The interior was used with cushion flooring installed, as shown in the photos.
Above the entrance, there is a retractable sunshade that can be lowered for sun or rain protection.
A commercial wall-mounted air conditioner is installed, but its condition is not great, so please consider it a bonus.

A kitchen and toilet are also included. The unit has been thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning service for sale.
The toilet has a bidet function, and a vanity is also included.

Aside from the air conditioner, there are no significant defects. You are welcome to inspect the unit in person.
The electricity is currently connected, but we plan to have it disconnected by an electrician next week.

LED interior lighting is installed. The sign on the back has a timer inside that can be adjusted to illuminate the sign at night.
A company sign is attached. Removing it forcefully might look unsightly, so we will leave it as is, assuming the next owner might reuse it or cover it up.
The mailbox is also left as is.
Speakers are installed in four locations at the top of the room.
A Pioneer 5.1 channel system is installed. We only used it for the radio, but it can be used with a TV or video player as is.

We cannot arrange for land transportation; please make your own arrangements.
We can assist with loading if help is needed.

This is a used item, so we will only conduct transactions with those who understand and accept the no-claim, no-return policy.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
