This is a glass jar that was used for pickling umeboshi (pickled plums), rakkyo (pickled shallots), and other items.
The jar on the right in the photo is 2 liters.
The one on the left has no markings, but I believe it is around 3 liters.
The jar on the left has a lingering smell from being used for pickling rakkyo.
I don't notice any particular smell from the one on the right.
This is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
