【New, Unused】Kama-ji-kun Iron Flower Kanakura - British Bridge Iron from Before the Mid-Meiji Period [Ultra Rare] Type-A
This is pure, high-purity wrought iron cut from bridge components dating back to the mid-Meiji period (around 1897) or earlier.
When used as a nagura (polishing stone), it produces a black, viscous slurry, offering a mild and creamy sharpening sensation similar to ao-togi (blue polishing stone).
It is also ideal for checking the grit and grade of whetstones.
The ruler shown in the image is not included with the product.
