This jacquard weave multi-cover is certified by a master of Swatow embroidery, one of China's three great embroidery styles, for its faithful reproduction of Swatow's design and beauty.
The cover is made of 100% cotton with a breathable jacquard weave filled with batting, recreating the three-dimensional effect characteristic of Swatow embroidery.
Furthermore, fine-count cotton threads are used to express a delicacy akin to hand embroidery.
While retaining the traditional Swatow design, it has been modernized, elegantly and brightly decorating any room, whether Japanese-style or Western-style.
From the planning stage of this product, we received extensive advice from Mr. Kang, a master of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Swatow embroidery and a former UN cultural ambassador, to develop this item.
Despite being filled with batting, it is lightweight, making cleaning and redecorating effortless.
It is machine washable at home (using a net), so you can keep it clean.
