Thank you for viewing.
This is based on personal opinion.
There are minor scuffs and scratches from use, but no noticeable deep scratches.
Please check the photos.

Before moving, there was a malfunction where the warm water stopped working. I consulted the retailer and purchased a new nozzle to replace it, but due to amateur installation by someone not tech-savvy... the issue was not resolved, and I have not been able to confirm the shower cleaning function.

Please consider this a junk item.

For those seeking new condition items, and due to this being a hygiene product, please understand that returns are not accepted.

The remote control, motion sensor, nozzle, etc. (already installed) are new.

Would this be suitable for someone looking for parts such as the heated seat, toilet seat cover, remote control, or other fixtures, or for those skilled in DIY?
