When I purchase something, I place great importance on the intent behind it, whether it's the philosophy and brand story for a product, or the perfumer and background for a fragrance. This is because the creator's thoughts and passion are always reflected in each and every item.
So many things are mass-produced and consumed daily, it feels like there's nothing that isn't.
On top of that, information overload exacerbates the situation, making it difficult to discern what we truly need.
That's precisely why brand philosophy is so important to me in determining what is necessary and what is not.
I only purchase items I resonate with, which fosters a sense of attachment and encourages me to continue using them.
I have loved and used various items from the Australian brand Aesop for a long time.
I love their fragrances so much that I own every type of their parfum, essential oil, body balm, and bath items.

This is an alcohol-free mouthwash.
I no longer purchase mouthwashes sold in drugstores because they are too harsh or leave an unpleasant aftertaste even after rinsing, but I like this one for its gentle feel.
The tongue is the most efficient area for transdermal absorption, so it's important to carefully select what you use from your own perspective.
