?? Shipping & Important Notes
Additional fees apply for Nekoposu or express shipping. Lighter items may be sent via standard mail. Regarding delivery times, most customers receive their orders within 2-5 days. Standard mail does not include tracking or insurance and can take anywhere from 2 days to a week. As we ship from Saitama Prefecture, delivery to Okinawa or Hokkaido may take longer. Delivery times may also be extended due to weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or postal service delays. If your wedding date is less than 10 days away, please inform us in advance. We ship within 7 days from the day after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Each item is carefully crafted with care, but please understand that these are handmade using a home printer. Minor variations in alignment (text, illustrations, lines, etc.) and printing inconsistencies may occur. Some sheets of paper may have small, faint dark spots from the printing process, which are not considered defects. Kraft paper may contain natural fibers. Additionally, ink colors may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, so the actual product color may differ slightly from the photos. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking perfection.
If you understand the above, please provide the following in the comment section:
① Number of envelopes for each type
② Wedding date
③ Size
④ Names of the bride and groom (in Roman alphabet) - this can be provided after purchase.
