Norpro, founded in the Pacific Northwest in 1973, is a brand that has consistently offered excellent kitchen tools since its establishment.

The structure of the butter keeper is very simple, divided into two containers: one for butter and one for water. First, bring the butter to room temperature until softened, then press it firmly into the bell-shaped container without any gaps. Ensure the container is completely dry and free of moisture before filling.

Pour about 1.25 cm of cold drinking water into the base container, then invert the container with the butter into the water. Change the water every 2-3 days and store in a location away from direct sunlight.

The butter can be kept fresh for approximately 30 days, but avoid using it when room temperatures exceed 27 degrees Celsius (80.6 degrees Fahrenheit). When storing unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt to the water.
