Set of 4 wooden spoons with floral decoration.
Russian spoons are famous for their traditional wooden crafts, especially those known as Khokhloma painting, which depict berries and flowers in black, red, and gold colors. This technique, dating back to the 17th century, involves coating linden wood with tin and firing it at high temperatures to achieve a golden luster. They are primarily popular as decorative items and souvenirs.
These were found at my grandparents' house.
They are brand new and unused, but
as they have been stored by an amateur, there are some areas with slight peeling.
Please check the photos.
