This is a handmade wooden Kagami Mochi (traditional Japanese New Year's rice cake decoration).
Crafted by hand by a woodworker with over 50 years of experience.

All parts except the mandarin orange are unpainted, giving each piece a unique and tasteful wood grain.
We hope you will enjoy it not only as a New Year's decoration but also as an interior accent.
