This is a Stahlwille leaf spring torque wrench.
It comes with a 3/8 (9.5) square interchangeable round ratchet head.
It is quite old and has been used for 30 years.
The ratchet head has been disassembled and greased multiple times.
The measuring torque range is 5-50 Nm and it is a scale slide type.
I recently had it measured on a torque checker at a certain tool shop, and it still showed measurement errors within the allowable range for both MAX and MIN.
The grip is cracked, but it does not affect its use.
