Connection tape for pipe insulation covers. Prevents gaps caused by heat shrinkage of air conditioning insulated copper pipes, etc., and prevents condensation at the connection. Applications: Connection tape for pipe insulation covers (insulation material) such as air conditioning insulated copper pipes. Purpose: To secure the connection of pipe insulation covers (insulation material) against heat shrinkage.

Materials: Surface layer / Colored aluminum foil polyethylene resin reinforced product (0.015mm) Insulation layer / 30x expanded cross-linked polyolefin foam (thickness 1mm, compliant with JIS A9511 A-PE-C-1) Adhesive layer / Acrylic adhesive (with printed release liner) Usage: ① Thoroughly remove any dust, dirt, oil, or moisture from the connection surface. ② Align the insulation joint surfaces and butt them together firmly without any gaps. ③ Wrap the BITEZ TAPE 95mm width so that the butt joint of the pipe insulation cover (insulation material) is in the center. Overlap by approximately 1/4 of the outer circumference. ④ Rub (press) the wrapped tape firmly by hand (until the entire colored aluminum foil surface is wrinkled) to adhere to the embossed surface texture.
Precautions: ① Do not reapply. Peeling it off forcefully may cause the insulation material of the adhesive layer to tear and reduce adhesive strength. ② For added safety and security, we strongly recommend using additional adhesive and/or applying extra layers of tape depending on the usage environment. ● Usage Conditions: Operating temperature environment: -10℃ to 60℃
