Quoted from the website:

This is a non-sale, limited edition item created to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Tepra. It is designed in the motif of a Tepra PRO tape cartridge. A 1.5m measuring tape extends from the tape exit. The scale on the measuring tape is printed with the same emojis found on Tepra units, making it a familiar design for those who have used Tepra before.

This is a home-stored item, so it is recommended for those who do not mind.
It will be packed with bubble wrap, but there is a possibility of the box being damaged during shipping, so it is recommended for those who do not mind.
