The color changes to a rainbow hue depending on the reflection of light.

Personally, I thought it looked like the fabric for a Matsuken Samba costume.
The fabric has a texture that seems suitable for sewing with a sewing machine. (Please judge for yourself after seeing the actual product after purchase; use of a sewing machine is at your own risk.)
