★ How to Write ★
Writing is very simple:
① Decide on a title for the sheet and fill in the current year, month, day, and day of the week.
② For the memo section, for example:
[Schedule] Events for the day or week, exam dates, dinner parties, interviews, business meetings, etc.
[Events] What happened today, experiences at school or work, joys and sorrows from your actions, successes and failures, and points for reflection and improvement.

③ After writing for the month, you can review the sheets objectively to evaluate yourself and use it for further growth.

If writing full sentences is difficult, you can also use self-evaluation scores, satisfaction indices, or even illustrations. Any method that helps you understand is fine.
