While not new, I believe it is in very good condition.
As you can see from the photos, it's so shiny that you can see the smartphone used to take the pictures.
However, although it has been used infrequently, it has been 20 years since purchase.
As it's known for its superior gears that can withstand high torque, the ratchet is initially stiff.
Finally, as shown in the photos, there is a scratch on the head.
This is a used item, and there are some scratches and rust.
