France Scandutch Container Ship Whiskey Bottle Not for Sale Rare ??Reasonable Price Item
19.67 $
Description
This is a whiskey bottle from a French shipping company, Scandutch, which operated container ships.
It is a rare item that my father, who was a trading merchant, received over 50 years ago.
It features a scarlet screw design logo, leading me to believe it was a non-sale item given only to company personnel. It has a very charming and distinctive shape.
After using it twice, I washed it thoroughly and stored it at home for a long time. When I took it out this time, I found several cloudy, hazy spots inside the bottle. I washed and rinsed it with hot water multiple times, but unfortunately, I could not remove them (see photos 13 and 14). However, the haziness disappears when the bottle is filled with water.
I am listing this item for those who might be interested in using it as a decorative piece when filled with water.
As it has been thoroughly washed, those who don't mind can use it for beverages.
Please only purchase if you understand and accept this condition.
As there is no original box, I will pack it carefully for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
