The Colonial series was born in 1974. It is a label characterized by its powerful design inspired by furniture from the American frontier era, creating a strong presence.
The rattan-covered decoration on the front and the beautiful curved form, combined with the traditional Colonial walnut color, create a warm overall impression.
You can see the delicate and exquisite craftsmanship unique to Karimoku.
This is a rare 3-tier type not often seen on the market, with a handle-shaped top for easy carrying.

The company name changed from カリモク (Katakana) to Karimoku (Alphabet) around 1987, and the Katakana notation is considered Old Karimoku.
