It comes with a tag and a sticker inside explaining how to cook rice and the correct water level.
This is a traditional aluminum culture pot, a double-handled pot that is easy to use not only for cooking rice but also for simmering, making soups, cooking noodles, and more.
Enjoy the taste of freshly cooked rice, just as it was then and now, with this culture pot.
The difference from ordinary aluminum pots is clear. Although the lid is lighter than a clay pot, the water seal phenomenon, where a water film forms around the rim, creates strong pressure inside the pot.
The lid is designed to drop down from the rim to prevent boiling over.
