TOPCON uni + UV TOPCOR 53mm f2 Father's Keepsake

Thank you for looking.
This is a Topcon uni that my father used with great affection.
As this is a very old camera, please read the following condition details carefully before considering your purchase.

[Set Contents]
Topcon uni
UV TOPCOR f=53mm 1:2
Genuine leather case (bonus)
Strap (bonus)

[Operation Check]
Shutter: Confirmed that the shutter operates at all speeds (accuracy unknown) when the shutter button is pressed.
Exposure Meter: Confirmed that the needle in the viewfinder moves.
It uses mercury batteries, but a replacement battery (SR44 etc. with an adapter) is required.
Batteries are not included in this listing. Please prepare your own.
Film Winding/Crank: Confirmed that the winding lever and winding crank (foldable) operate.
Film Counter: Appears to be working.

[Exterior/Condition] (See images)
Body: Overall, there are minor scratches and dirt due to age. There is slight peeling at the edges of the leatherette on the top plate. Rust and dirt are visible on the winding crank.
Lens: As it is old, there are minor dust particles inside.
Viewfinder: Dust and debris are scattered when looking through it.
Interior: The film chamber has been lightly cleaned with a blower. The light-shielding material is deteriorated. There is some dirt on the shutter curtain.
Strap: My father was a smoker, so I have cleaned it as much as possible, but I have not been able to completely remove the stickiness or odor. It is sold as-is (bonus).
Case: It is quite deteriorated, with torn corners, damaged leather, rusted metal parts, and what appears to be repaired leatherette. Please consider this purely a bonus.

[Cleaning]
As this is a delicate and old piece of equipment, I have refrained from aggressive cleaning and have only lightly wiped the entire body. Only a blower was used for the interior.

[Notes]
This is a very old camera, over half a century old. It is currently operational, but future operation cannot be guaranteed.
Actual photo tests have not been performed.
The condition described above is based on an amateur inspection.
We kindly ask for purchases from those who understand that this is a sold as-is junk item, or as a collector's item.
