- Shipping will be via the most economical method, typically Yu-Packet.
- After purchase, we cannot accommodate requests such as changing your mind about the purchase, altering payment methods, deciding you no longer need the item, or forgetting to use a coupon.

- Packaging:
  Figures, acrylic stands, and can badges will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
  * If acrylic stands have a backing card, we will not reinforce it against bending. We cannot compensate for damage to the backing card.

  Plush dolls will be wrapped for waterproofing and placed in a dedicated envelope or additional plastic.

  Paper items and files will be reinforced against bending and waterproofed.

  * This is amateur packaging and minimal packaging. We strive to keep items free of dust, but please forgive any dust that may adhere to the packaging tape.

- Items will be shipped by the estimated shipping deadline. The preparation time varies depending on the item, so the deadlines are adjusted accordingly. We cannot respond to requests for expedited shipping.
