Purchased used about 2 years ago. Used as a main PC for about half a year after that.

・Windows operation is sluggish and may require a restart
For these reasons, I replaced the motherboard and stored it in its box in a closet.
Upon testing for this listing in an open frame, the CPU fan spun, but as shown in the image, the DRAM light turned on and it would not boot.
CMOS clear, reseating RAM, and trying different RAM did not change the result.
