Shipping from Soka City, Saitama Prefecture. Thank you for your consideration.

My daughter cherished this piano, but due to moving, we have decided to part with it. It is a piano with a luxurious sound quality and a rich tone. We would like to pass it on to someone who will play it with care. Please feel free to comment if you would like additional photos.

Product Description...
This KS-5F is the top-of-the-line upright piano model from Kawai Musical Instruments from the 1980s. It boasts excellent durability and sound quality, ranking above current K series models (such as the K-500). At 132cm, it is large for an upright piano, and its solid key touch allows for expressive playing. It is particularly highly regarded by those who play classical music. Its construction is of higher quality than the KS-3F (intermediate) and KS-1F (entry-level) models from the same period.

Hammers: High-quality felt used (good response, rich tone)
Strings and Soundboard: Solid construction, durable enough to withstand years of use.

Condition
・Purchased used from a specialist store in 2003.
・Since then, it has been tuned almost every year until 2017, but not since. It has been stored in a well-ventilated room and played occasionally since then. The condition is good, with no malfunctions.
・Exterior: I believe it is clean for its age, but there are minor scratches throughout due to age. Please check photos 4 and 7.
・No smokers in the household. My daughter, who attended music college, used it.

Includes bench, insulators, and tuning history. No keys.
