[Product Description]
This piano is offered from our warehouse stock, with a focus on selecting pianos with particularly excellent sound. We have chosen this individual unit from several U1D pianos that have entered our inventory due to its superior tone. The U1D is a stable model that is less prone to sound quality degradation due to aging. It features the warm, gentle tone characteristic of Yamaha pianos from that era, which is different from modern pianos. In an era when pianos were considered precious items, the wood and felt used are clearly of a higher quality than those found in current instruments. Although the hammers have deep grooves, the fact that the sound quality has not become harsh indicates its excellent quality. It produces a well-balanced sound from the low to high registers. The exterior is in its original condition, showing signs of age, but the internal condition is good. The piano is currently tuned to A4=438Hz and is stable.

This is a as-is sale. The piano will be delivered without any maintenance, cleaning, or tuning. Therefore, there may be scratches, dirt, etc. There is also a possibility of cracks/splits in the exterior finish or missing parts. Please examine the images carefully and consider your purchase. Basic operational checks have been completed, but the condition may change due to external environmental factors such as temperature/humidity or vibrations during transport.

[Recommended for:]
☆ Those looking for a high-quality piano at an affordable price.
* After purchase, we can also perform restoration work such as internal adjustments (regulation and voicing) and exterior renewal according to your budget and preferences.

[How to Choose an Unmaintained/As-Is Piano]
Among pianos listed by individuals or non-specialist sellers, many have serious and critical issues. Even if the price is low, it can easily become a debt of tens of thousands of yen after purchase. While it is unfortunate for the buyer, it is likely that the seller is unaware and not acting in bad faith. Choosing a piano is difficult. Please tell us your budget and who will be using the piano and for what purpose, and we will propose the best piano for you.
