This is a custom-made glove from Mizuno's top-of-the-line Mizuno Pro series. It is a high-quality product manufactured by skilled craftsmen at the Hata factory in Shiso City, Hyogo Prefecture.

I received this from an acquaintance and am not very familiar with it, so please judge from the photos. I have taken many.
I believe it is in good condition.
