The power turns on, but the following message is displayed: A hard disk error has occurred, and some functions cannot be used.
I recently considered purchasing a service remote control necessary for setup when replacing the HDD and attempting a repair, but I no longer need it as I have purchased a new recorder.
I am offering this item as a junk item, understanding that it may be for someone who can repair it or use it for parts.

The description for the service remote control is as follows, but I have never tried it.

●Compatible Models
Can be used with BD-Txx, BD-Wxx, BD-Sxx, BD-Hxx, BD-HWxx, SP1000, 2B-Cxx, DV-xx, and others.
*Remote control setting is 1. If the recorder's main unit remote control setting is set to something other than 1, it cannot be operated. Please be sure to reset the main unit's remote control setting to 1 before use.
●How to Use
① Using the AQUOS remote control, go to Home Menu -> Settings -> System Operation Test.
② Press the AV button at the bottom of this remote control, and the service mode screen will appear.
③ Follow the on-screen instructions to operate.
*With the AQUOS remote control: Red -> Aging, Yellow -> BD Drive Inspection (To return to the main screen from aging, press Red).
*The system will force shut down after exiting service mode. Please be sure to turn the power back on.
