There is tape at the base of the rubber on the tee, but no cracks. It is likely that the rubber was reinforced after it came off once. The base and stand cannot be separated due to rust, so they will be sent as is. The tee can be properly set up in two stages.

As this is an early model, there is some deterioration, but it does not affect use at all. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to rust, dirt, etc.
