Waltons Bodhrán with Beater Irish Frame Drum

This is a Bodhrán made by Waltons, a long-established Irish manufacturer.

I purchased it to start playing traditional Irish music, but I'm selling it because I have fewer opportunities to use it in that genre. This instrument offers the warm feel of its wooden frame and the authentic resonance of genuine goatskin.

* Purchased this summer. Only used for an event, with no tears in the skin or major scratches on the frame.
* Stored carefully indoors.
* The traditional Waltons company logo plate, established in 1922, is still intact.

(Diameter 455 x Thickness 93mm) → Approximately 16 inches when rounded! It also has a support bar on the back for stable holding.

Includes a desiccant and a soft case.

The low notes have a wonderfully long sustain, and you can easily change the pitch by how you press the skin with your hand, and the hardness of the sound with the beater. Even beginners can surprisingly easily keep a rhythm, and playing it allows you to enter a state of mindfulness.

It will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and cardboard and shipped promptly.
