This set includes one reinforced drag disc for the drive gear (large diameter) and one for the ratchet side (small diameter). The Force Master 200 is equipped with the same MUTEKI motor as the higher-end 600 model, but it was developed for lighter fishing. Therefore, when jigging with a heavy cutlassfish rig, the drag would slip, making it difficult to set the hook sharply. In response to requests for a reinforced drag disc that can be used for cutlassfish fishing, we have prepared a limited quantity. *Assembly service is not provided.* We are not responsible for any malfunctions or defects in the electric reel body caused by the installation of the reinforced drag disc. Please install at your own risk. *To install, remove the handle area, open the gear-side body with 5 screws to expose the gears. Clean the drag disc mounting part of the drive gear and the ratchet gear with parts cleaner or similar, and replace the genuine drag disc.* *Do not apply grease to the drag disc during installation. It is a dry type.* *Drag discs are consumables. In field tests, even with the genuine product, the drag would slip when strongly enticing, even with a 40-go rig and the star drag handle fully tightened. However, after replacing with the reinforced drag disc, the drag only needed to be tightened to about 60-70% of the genuine product's drag setting, and even with a 50-go rig, there was no slippage. Furthermore, when the fish runs, the drag engages nicely, allowing the line to spool out, providing an ideal drag feel. For users who find the Force Master 600 or Seaborg 200 class electric reels too large and heavy for cutlassfish king battles or shared boat fishing, but want to use the Force Master 200, this reinforced drag disc replacement is recommended for those who are frustrated by drag slippage during sharp hook sets or jigging.
