These are two adjacent seats, K-row, seats 196 and 197, in the Pia Seat section.
Based on past seating charts, rows A through K are the frontmost block, so you should be able to see the fireworks right in front of the river!

I love Pia Seats so much that I book them every year for the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival, so I highly recommend them!!!
These are great seats, and I wanted to go, but I have to go on a business trip and can no longer attend, so I'm selling them.
Chairs are provided at assigned seats, so you don't need to worry about reserving a spot and can enjoy the event at your leisure.
