This is Kenta Maeda, pitcher for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp of Nippon Professional Baseball.
The jersey number 18 was the number he wore for many years as the Carp's ace. As the poster states Baseball 2012 Uniforms, it is believed to feature uniforms from 2012.
Kenta Maeda Pitcher Overview (as of 2012)
Jersey Number: 18
Major Achievements: In 2012, he achieved a no-hitter and was active as the team's undisputed ace in both name and reality.
Uniform: The uniform worn in the image is the Carp's home uniform from that era. In 2012, there were also instances where past replica designs were worn for events such as Great Central.
Kenta Maeda pitched in Major League Baseball (MLB), but his jersey number 18 from his Carp days has now been passed on to pitcher Shoki Murakami.
