Tested for light output in a bathtub as shown in the image, with no signs of water ingress. Batteries are not included.
Used a few times for diving, with the last use being approximately 4 years ago in the ocean off Okinawa at a depth of about 20 meters. It has not been used since then, so it is unknown if it can withstand use in deep water today.

The accessories are all that are shown in the photos.
To the left of the main unit is a screw to fix the grip. At the far left is the battery holder. At the bottom left is the dimming filter. The rubber cap in the center is used to turn the cap of the main unit when it becomes too tight to open due to water pressure.
The originally included grip, spare O-rings, and grease are not included.

Please purchase the direct base, clamp, ball adapter, and underwater housing mounting bar as a set. All show signs of use.

One of the screw threads for fixing the ball to the direct base is stripped. It is seized due to salt corrosion and the remaining screws cannot be removed.

Due to salt corrosion, there is a slight gap between the direct base and the underwater housing mounting bar. The silver bar with the mounting screw does not fit this direct base, but I am including it in case you can use it.
