Purchased as a defective item.
It has been stored unused since purchase. As shown in the photos, one of the wire hook parts is coming off (about to break). It is in a condition where it could come off with a slight nudge (Photos 8-15, all showing the same area).
You can hook the ring onto the part further in from the broken indentation (above the indentation) and use it, but I believe it will slip and fall into the indentation with use. Please consider purchasing if you are able to fix it by securing the broken part with strong tape or by modifying the indented area.
It seems possible to use it with just the other wire...
