Purchased several years ago and worn a few times for Halloween.
I don't have the tag and can't remember the overseas website I bought it from, so I'm not sure of the exact size. However, I am 156cm and 41kg (usually wear a Japanese size 5, XS or XXS), and it was a little loose with some room to spare. The material is stretchy, so it seems like someone who wears a size S could also wear it.
It's designed with bloomers on the inside, so while the outer skirt part is very mini-length, just enough to cover the hips, you can wear it without your underwear showing!
The length itself is quite short, so you can wear it sexily by pairing it with fishnet stockings or boots. ^_^
