Vintage EE-3 EVANS Super Echo Tape Echo Masterpiece

Vintage EVANS Super Echo EE-3

This is a Japanese-made tape echo from the 1970s.
It has a simple single-head configuration, and like the Echoplex,
it's the type where you can adjust the delay time by directly moving the head.

[Condition]
Tested for power only.
The power turns on (light illuminates) and you can hear the tape running.
However, when inputting a signal, only noise and crackling sounds come out of the output, indicating a malfunction.
This is a as-is sale, sold as junk. Please understand this beforehand.
This is a rare item that's hard to come by.
How about using it as a restoration project, for parts, or as store decor?
I recall replacing the tape about 5 years ago.
No original box (will be shipped in a different box).
This is a used item with scratches and dirt. Please consider this before purchasing.
We ask that only those who can judge maintenance and repairs themselves make a purchase.

[Notes]
■ Immediate purchase is welcome. No holds or discounts on single items.
■ This is a used item. As it is a vintage item from that era, there are signs of age, wear, and deterioration from use. We have had unpleasant experiences with first-time buyers, beginners, and proxy buyers, so we ask for your understanding in advance.
■ We inspect items during photography, but there may be overlooked dirt or damage not mentioned. Also, there may be slight inaccuracies in the specifications obtained. Please purchase with understanding and agreement.
