Jig Head 3-Piece Set Tank Plate Jig Chatterbait

After searching extensively, I believe this product is likely not yet widely available in Japan.
The name is probably Tank Plate Jig.

It features a chatterbait-like plate on the front, but it doesn't move like a chatterbait; it's fixed to the jig head.
When you rig a straight worm of about 4 inches onto it, it swims with a significant side-to-side wobble and flutter.

Even with a shad tail worm (like a Keitech Swing Impact), it swims with a side-to-side flutter and strong water displacement.

It has an unusual swimming action, though not as pronounced as a chatterbait.

The jig itself weighs about 3.5g, but with the hook and plate, it's likely around 5g.

I experimented with various options, and I found that 4-inch straight worms were more interesting than smaller worms.

Photo A shows a 4-inch OSP worm, and I feel this size is optimal.

Photo B shows a 3-inch shad tail, and while it looked good, I recommend using a 4-inch size.

This is perfect for when you want your jig to wobble without using a chatterbait.

Japanese manufacturers are surely aware of this, but I wonder if they will release their own versions in a few years.

In my personal opinion, attaching a split ring to the line, as shown in the last photo, made a significant difference and provided peace of mind against line breakage.
