Please read before purchasing.

① Although this wig is self-styled, set, and brand new, it is considered a used item due to unpacking and storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking a perfect condition.

② All wigs are styled using a 56cm mannequin with a ruler. Please understand that adjustments may be necessary depending on your head size and how you wear it.

③ Please understand that there may be color differences due to display settings.

④ We use hairspray with fragrance. Please refrain from purchasing if you have concerns or allergies.

⑤ As this is handmade, there may be visible pins or glue marks. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or seeking a perfect condition.

⑥ As this is a handmade item, we generally do not accept returns. However, if the wig is damaged due to weather or delivery, we can arrange for return shipping or re-styling and shipping. If damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
However, we do not accept re-styling after use.

[How to store your set wig]
① Washing with water is likely to ruin the styling, so please do not wet or wash it during use.
② Set wigs are prone to losing their styling if compressed, as the hairspray can stick together. Please handle them carefully to avoid compression.
③ Hair spray may melt at high temperatures, so please store in a cool, dark place.
④ For styles that require a mannequin, we will ship with a mannequin head. Please store the wig on a mannequin head whenever possible.

Thank you for viewing.
