This is a wakeboard binding.
I purchased it used, but I am listing it because I don't have the opportunity to use it.
I only tried putting my foot in it after purchasing it, and haven't used it since, but it's quite clean, so I believe it has been used only a few times. The only thing to note is the marks from the screw installation.
