This is the Jettenuator, a guitar amplifier attenuator made by Jet City Amplification.
Hard Off Corporation

Designed by legendary amp designer Mike Soldano, this device is used to lower the volume of tube amps while maintaining the rich sound when the power tubes are fully driven.

Use: Reduces the output of tube amplifiers, allowing for practice and recording at full volume even in low-volume environments such as at home.
Supported Impedance: Equipped with 4Ω, 8Ω, and 16Ω inputs on the back, it is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers.
Maximum Input: Officially rated for up to approximately 80W-100W, but when using the amp at full volume, it is recommended to use it with amps up to around 50W-60W for a safety margin.
