The Ying Yang was born out of countless hours spent on the Aphex over the last few years. I wanted to keep plenty of foam to maintain paddle power, speed, and flow, and create something that felt comfortable anywhere you take a shortboard. That's how the Ying Yang was born.
Think of it as the Aphex's Brother. A lower, shorter rail line allows for more critical surfing while retaining the Aphex's forgiveness. It handles a variety of conditions, gets up to speed in fat sections, and drives in any direction you point it if there's a wall. Typically ridden from 6'2 to 6'7, but can be made longer upon request.
