Description
Black non-stick pan with seven molds. Perfect for making Danish pancakes. This specialty pan is designed to make traditional, spherical Danish pancakes called ebelskivers, which can be served plain or filled with various sweet or savory ingredients. It is made of heavy cast aluminum with a nonstick interior surface, which ensures even heating and easy food release. The pan measures about 9.5 inches in diameter and has an overall length of around 16 inches, including the stay-cool phenolic (plastic) handle. It is suitable for use on gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops, but not induction cooktops. Hand washing with mild detergent is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating. Box #63
