2 Vintage 1980s Floral Curtain Valances Ruffled Country Blue JCP 19x78" *FLAWS

Description: ADORABLE vintage valance curtain set of 2.  Country Blue poly-cotton with roses and cream ruffled bottom with adorable floral and striped design. I'm a little confused bc the last blue panel before the ruffle hangs over the top of the cream colored ruffle - which is the cutest part.  Maybe you are supposed to stuff that with something so it puffs out?  I am not a vintage curtain expert - so send me a message if you know the deal.  Flaws noted below but TOO CUTE to leave behind. Use on your window as is, repair or re-purpose the fabric into something else amazing.  From JCP, made in USA - likely early to mid 1980s.  Size: Valances are about 18.5 long from top to bottom and 78 wide across.  Vintage sizes can vary so review all photos of measurements in this listing to ensure proper fit.    Condition: Fair to good vintage.  One valance has no flaws found.  The other is missing the second (from the top) vertical rod pocket seam from the left end, 32 inches in to the right (pictured).  At the 29 and 17 marks on the ruler there's a little bit of wear to the fabric where the missing seam is.  pictured. If you just used the top rod pocket, it would not matter.
