Professional practical Damascus belly dance costume 4-piece set, custom-ordered locally, over 25 years ago

【Professional Grade, Damascus Made】Belly Dance Costume 4-Piece Set, Custom Order from 25+ Years Ago

Product Description
I am a former professional belly dancer. I am organizing and selling the costumes I used for work.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece custom-ordered in Damascus, Syria over 25 years ago. I used it daily and extensively as work attire on stages in nightclubs and restaurants around the world.
Unlike modern costumes made with plastic or acrylic stones, this costume uses very high-quality materials, so its sparkle has not faded at all even after more than 25 years. The construction is substantial, incomparable to Chinese-made items.

[Set Contents]
1. Bra top
2. Belt (repaired)
3. Velvet skirt (with slit, includes mini skirt. I added sequin embellishments myself)
4. Wide pants (shalwar)

[⚠️ Condition - Please Read Carefully]
This is a used, vintage item that was heavily used daily for work.
1. Bra underwire: The bra has very stiff underwires, typical of older costumes. I removed one because it was painful, but the other remains. For safety, I recommend removing it before use.
2. Zipper: The skirt zipper is broken. I wore it as is during my performing days because it was hidden by the belt.
3. Waist elastic: The elastic in the pants is completely stretched out. It will be delivered as is.
4. Odor: There is a unique smell associated with years of use and long-term storage.
5. Overall: It shows significant signs of wear from daily professional use. Please repair or clean as needed.

[Materials & Size]
• Material: No tag. Likely synthetic velvet.
• Height: 159cm (Equivalent to S-M size)

This is a vintage item that was thoroughly used as a professional tool. Please only purchase if you understand this.
