Handmade in the USA Christmas Tree Skirt in a traditional crazy quilt patchwork star design. Forms a nearly full circle with 16 softly pointed star-like outer sections, creating a distinctive architectural edge around the tree. One side fully open to easily slip around your holiday tree. Shades of darker reds, greens and some light colors and some metallic accents blend with any holiday theme. Measures 46.5 across. Center opening is 4.25 across and has 17” fabric ties to further adjust size and to hold tree skirt in place. Pieced using traditional techniques and quilted using a standard sewing machine. Finish method is sewn and turned with machine topstitching along all edges. Quilted with red thread in a diagonal star-like design. Top has cotton fabrics with high loft batting inside for a puffy and softly draped skirt for your packages and gifts. The layered quilt structure gives a textured, dimensional base rather than a flat fabric appearance. Patchwork sections create an intentionally collected, old-fashioned look.
