Paraboot Guerny Marked size: 7 1/2 Dark Brown This is likely a Guerny model manufactured around 2002, now discontinued and a rare boot. Like the Chambord and Michael, it's made of Lis leather, offering excellent durability and water resistance. Mr. Hayashi, the founder of Resolute, has been seen wearing the suede version of this same model. The sole is the familiar Paratex, uniquely developed by Paraboot, known for its durability and performance in rain or snow. The boots have been maintained with genuine Paraboot wax. The nose is long, so the fit is slightly larger. For reference, my sizing is: Alden Loafer 6.5, J.M. Weston 180 Loafer 5.5E, J.M. Weston Golf 6.5D, Paraboot Chambord 7, Adidas Gazelle US7 (25.5). The uppers show some creasing from wear, but the soles have very little wear. The plastic tips on the ends of the shoelaces are missing on one side of both shoes. A shoe tree (inexpensive) will be included to prevent the boots from losing their shape during shipping. Thank you.
