Requires Modification Tokyo Marui P90 Conversion Kit with Built-in Silencer Custom Upper

This is an original conversion kit that requires cutting the upper receiver of the Tokyo Marui P90 to install.
Compared to the genuine part, the top rail will be about 2 cm lower, allowing for a more natural cheek weld when aiming and making magazine changes easier.

It features a built-in baffle-type multi-stage expansion chamber suppressor structure above the muzzle, achieving a silencing effect with approximately the same overall length as when the genuine muzzle device is attached.
To achieve sound suppression, high-pressure air is released into the expansion chamber before the BB pellet exits the muzzle. Therefore, using heavier BB pellets will enhance the silencing effect.
*The silencing effect is achieved when firing BB pellets. There is almost no silencing effect when dry firing.*

Made with FDM 3D printing using ABS resin.
While the printed parts have sufficient strength for practical use, applying excessive force will likely cause the receiver mounting area to break. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the rail-mounted accessories as a grip during handling. (During product testing, the unit did not break even when swung around by gripping the top rail.)

The kit includes one left and one right part, along with 9 sets of hex bolts and nuts for installation (2 sets of M4x25, 3 sets of M3x25, 1 set of M3x16, 3 sets of M3x12).

Please remove the genuine muzzle device before installation.
No modification is required on the lower receiver side.

The left and right parts form a clamshell structure. After cutting the receiver, insert the printed parts, drill 4mm holes, and secure them with M4 hex bolts. The top rails are then joined with M3 hex bolts.
Modification can be done with a precision saw and a 4mm drill.
A simple instruction manual is included, as shown in the images. (The manual is for a previous version of the conversion kit, but the installation method is the same, so it should be fine.)
